A Restauration

This house was constructed around the turn of the 20th century. Due to a missing beam it had massive cracks throughout the building. As a result water penetration had led to frost and moisture damage. The facade had to be renovated, a new concealed beam was installed, and the roof was redone with its original overhangs.
